The inspiration came from an old city bungalow and modernized with a new kitchen look. The trim used is all turn of the century moldings. We always try to do hardwood floors throughout very spacious foyers that go right into the family room and bathrooms. This brings the space to life and gives the environment more freedom, instead of a feeling cramped. We also used all masonry style with a composite deck to sweeten the design.
